Frank Meyer accompanies a bodybuilder over a period of ten years. Frank’s professional career lies many years back, but his life still revolves around excessive training. Eager to make a film, Frank rushes through his everyday life and introduces us to the places and people that shaped him. Only his kidney failure and regular dialysis slow him down.
